Payment Policy

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.


Return & Refund Policy

We take utmost care to deliver quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
